Hi I'm Sarah. I look forward to seeing you in class soon!

I love the Jungle Body and being able to share it's fun inclusive vibe with other like-minded people. It seriously doesn't feel like your working out. I started my Jungle Body journey in 2018, been instructing since July 2019 and I am still completely hooked!!!​

Classes are the highlight of my week as it is a chance for me to let my hair down, hang out with the tribe and just release those happy vibes. It's so much more than a workout and exercise!

This easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, low and high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance, Sculpting, Toning (to name a few) set to the hottest beats as well as music from all decades. This class will flood your soul with feel-good vibes whilst using your full-body, dumbbells and resistance "booty bands".

 

The all-in-one workout that will torch calories, tone up your bod, make your soul smile & inject your body with an endorphin overload. This class is designed to be super inclusive for all shapes, ages, sizes and of course those who have two left feet. Feel stronger and empowered, ready to tackle your day.

GETLOW

A beat-driven low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body and improve your wellbeing.

This LIT (low intensity training) full body workout uses boxing, dance, dumbbells, light cardio and seriously good music to transform your mind & body.
