Hi I'm Sarah. I look forward to seeing you in class soon!

I love the Jungle Body and being able to share it's fun inclusive vibe with other like-minded people. It seriously doesn't feel like your working out. I started my Jungle Body journey in 2018, been instructing since July 2019 and I am still completely hooked!!!

Classes are the highlight of my week as it is a chance for me to let my hair down, hang out with the tribe and just release those happy vibes. It's so much more than a workout and exercise!
