Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hours notice at a minimum. No-shows who have pre-paid for the class will not be refunded. This includes those using class passes. Cancelling the class can be done through the FitbyWix App and your profile on the website. Rescheduling can ONLY be done through your profile on the website. Any pre-payment made will be transferred to your new rescheduled booking if the appropriate notice has been provided. Bookings will close 30 minutes prior to the the start of class.
